HELLO!

My name is Ronald Scott Seele, but I go by Scott.

I have been a Knight for about 30 years and have had Knights of Columbus insurance for over 25 years. My wife Carla and I have 8 children and 8 grandchildren, and we live in the country near West Liberty, Iowa. We've enjoyed living in the country for over 30 years, relishing everything from the great neighbors to our successful attempts at raising various farm animals, with chickens being our mainstay.

I am a staunch believer in Knights of Columbus Insurance, particularly because of its commitment to keeping investments aligned with our Catholic values. In April 2023, I became a Knights Insurance Agent after seeking more insurance for myself and my family and discovering there was no longer an agent in the Iowa City/Muscatine area. This switch, after 30 years in the printing industry, was driven by several factors, primarily the opportunity to engage in apostolate work with great Catholic brothers and their families.

I deeply appreciate the Knights' sponsorship of numerous Catholic programs and activities, such as the Special Olympics, where Knights play a significant role both locally and nationally. I have cherished taking my children to volunteer at our local Special Olympics in Iowa City and plan to continue doing so. It's one of my favorite ways to witness all of God's beautiful children enjoying themselves and demonstrating true sportsmanship, regardless of winning or losing.
